First I highly recommend the serach feature on this forum, it works. I found 102 references to "automated testing book".
Next, try this,"For general discussions about automated software testing tools. Moderated by Ms. Elfriede Dustin; author of Automated Software Testing." This is the text description of this forum topic. "Automated Software Testing" is a very good book on the subject.

If you are interested in Performance testing as well as functional testing, I'd recommend checking out http://www.perftestplus.com I have not really found a comprehensive book about this area of performance testing, so I developed the site and write article series about it.

I highly recommend Software Test Automation by Mark Fewster and Dorothy Graham. The first 11 chapters are theory and the last 17 chapters are case studies from people that have successfully and unsuccessfully applied automation.
