7 projects..3 testers..what are you worried about? They realistically can't expect anything out of you anyway! (They being management) Take your time..learn as much as you can and don't worry about it. From the outside looking in, you may have "a ton of work to do" but the reality is your department apparently is not highly counted on (hope you don't take that as an insult but your project to resource allocation ratio is a joke and management is obviously aware - they have no excuse to claim otherwise!)...learn what you can and then...hate to say this but...save your health and sanity and move on to a company that actually values your work.------------------
