I've not yet seen the store. This message has been up there since we started eval'ing the tools.
What kind of stuff is in their store? I figured AJ sent me everything I needed from pens to books to shirts...

Even though my experience has only been with Rational, I find that that their knowledge of their product is subpar. Also their follow-up is horrendous (it took them 2 weeks to reply to a simple question, i.e., How are reports created from the log viewer).
