We need to pick up a performance-testing tool. The application under consideration is a 3-tier Java – CORBA application. We have a Native Java Client and a Web Application that communicates with the same middleware. Load/Stress testing needs to be performed for both the setups. (Java Client – Web Application) Please advice me, which are the best-suited tools for this architecture and what are the attribute I should look/evaluate in a tool. We are looking to simulate at least 3000 simultaneous user sessions and 30 transactions/minute. I would like to perform stress tests to find out the break point of the system.
